With the onset of the ‘Imposed War’ the poetic mode of many poets changed. Poetry entered the front trench holes AND the main theme turned to be martyrdom. Gholamreza Rahmdel is a committed poet from Gilan who portrayed the war front in his poems. He is talented in composing resistance verses. Sacrifice AND martyrdom occupies a peculiar place in his works. Here, the author tries to study some poems in two of his works called ‘From Whisper to Whoop’ AND ‘We StAND’. These works show Rahmdel’s commAND in using rhyme, rhythm, form AND poetic innovation in depicting Iranian’s courage AND sacrifice. He has used RELIGIOUS AND NATIONAL EXAMPLES to give his poetry coherence AND fluidity.

Considering the importance of solidarity as a theoretical AND political structure AND its connection with social harmony, acceptability AND political legitimacy, the present research has conceptualized AND formulated the problem of solidarity in the context of Iran's multi-ethnic society through the mediation of existing studies. . In the current research, the hybrid method has been used. The sample AND statistical population of the research includes selected qualitative studies that have investigated the issue of solidarity AND its dimensions in Iran from different aspects AND perspectives in the period from 1372 to 1398. After searching in different databases, 500 related articles, books AND research reports were identified AND finally 54 sources were selected to perform the meta-combination method. Based on the synthesis of studies, solidarity in the multi-ethnic society of Iran has found a problematic situation. The results of the research confirm that the coordinates of solidarity in Iranian society are based on structural contexts AND conditions. The main field in which the issue of solidarity in Iran should be established is the acceptance of a reality called "reliability AND stability of cultural diversity". Based on the meta-combination of studies, the coordinates of solidarity in Iran's multi-ethnic society, due to "intercultural affinities", "disruption AND non-inclusion in ethnic policies", "instability AND imbalance of development", "inefficiency of ethnic political management" AND "identification disorder". In the meantime, "cultural globalization", "taking role models from ethnic elites", "geopolitics of ethnic areas AND transNATIONAL interventions" AND "ethnic extension" are considered as intervening conditions. Despite the fact that ethnic AND RELIGIOUS diversity is recognized as a central sign in the constitution, with this definition, political agents have sometimes resorted to strategies that social suffering AND extroversion has formed in ethnic communities.

NATIONAL solidarity, according to the second article of Islamic Republic of Iran constitution is a duty of state. This research, using a descriptive-analytical method, intends to study the theoretical bases for justifying the right to NATIONAL solidarity, the EXAMPLES of this right in legal systems AND its internal structure. The research results showed that right to NATIONAL solidarity is rooted in individual autonomy AND the need for human safety from social vulnerabilities. This right is reflected in the constitutions of countries such as France, AND despite its stipulation in the Iranian constitution, no law has been passed to define AND explain the mechanisms for its realization. NATIONAL solidarity is structurally a composite right consisting of the right to claim, the right to freedom, the right to power, AND the right to immunity in the areas of identity, power, wealth, AND NATIONAL protection.

In modern times many militant atheist thinkers AND activists have tried to promote the idea that religions, as well as RELIGIOUS ways of life, are one of the main, if not the main source of evil in the social arena. Some other non-believer scholars, while taking a respectful approach towards religions AND RELIGIOUS people, maintaining that it is more rational for people AND communities to adopt a non-RELIGIOUS outlook on life AND become members of the community of non-believers. In this paper, I do not take issue with the militant non-believers. The reason is that their approach to religion is so ideologically driven that it leaves not much room for proper rational discussions; it only invites some polemical replies. My aim here is, instead, to enter into a dialogue with those non-believer scholars who view religion in a measured AND rational way. My intention is to critically assess the claims of this latter group of scholars AND explain why, contrary to what they suggest, certain interpretations of religion, AND in particular, the Islamic faith, can provide them with better alternatives than their atheist outlooks. The arguments of this paper are mostly in reply to the views expressed by Professor Shearmur in his paper on critical rationalism AND religion.

Therefore, the purpose of this research is the identification AND social analysis of these types of actions among the verses of revelation AND it deals with the effect of ethical actions in the production of social capital in the process of progress based on RELIGIOUS teachings AND answers these questions based on the Quranic teachings. Honesty, trustworthiness AND fulfillment of an obligation, altruism (Arabic: إیثار, self-sacrifice), asking forgiveness or istighfār (Arabic: استغفار ʾistiġfār), AND forgiving others, kindness, non-violence, chastity AND purity, patience AND honesty AND benevolent actions combined with social supervision have been discussed, which lead to sincerity, togetherness, coherence AND expansion of social interactions AND emotional relationships far from hatred AND warm AND emotional relationships AND as a result, it causes the production of social capital AND its improvement AND will lead to the density of actions focused on purpose AND excellence that are necessary for progress.

The Rohingya people are the native inhabitants of Arakan (Rakhine) lAND in Myanmar, who have faced a series of crimes by the Myanmar army AND government. Based on the norms AND regulations of interNATIONAL AND customary interNATIONAL law AND the principles of interNATIONAL criminal law AND considering the incidents that occurred against the RELIGIOUS minority group of Rohingya Muslims, the continuous violation of human rights AND the occurrence of the crime of genocide by the Myanmar government are a matter of fact. There are numerous EXAMPLES of deliberate actions, which prove the governmental steps to eliminate the Rohingya group, AND deliberate measures, which cause the interNATIONAL responsibility of the Myanmar government. Iran has raised three specific positions regarding the Rohingya Muslim crisis.The major question of the research is to evaluate the occurrence or non-occurrence of violations of interNATIONAL criminal law, the crimes of genocide, AND crimes against humanity by the Myanmar army AND government against the Muslim minority in Rakhine state.The hypothesis emphasizes the definite occurrence of violations of humanitarian law AND interNATIONAL criminal law, especially committing crimes of genocide AND crimes against humanity. The purpose of the research is to examine one of the important cases of violation of Muslim rights in today's world, which has not been noticed by interNATIONAL legal societies. It tries to discuss briefly the Iranian positions on the Issue. The analytical-descriptive research method is based on official docs AND undeniable facts, especially the documents issued by the InterNATIONAL Criminal Court.

One of the complex issues in prove claims of evidences to Islamic law AND statute law is in principle conflict or appearance AND this complexity, Has various causes that one of those is differences in EXAMPLES of principle conflict with appearance or appearance with conflict. چکیدهبا توجه به پیوستگی دین و رسانه در ایران و نیز توجهات گسترده نظری به مبحث رسانه دینی در سال های اخیر و نیز با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت فهم و ایضاح مفهومی«رسانه دینی» در این پژوهش به تحلیل مقالات ایرانی درباره رسانه دینی پرداخته شده است.در این مرور نظام-مند دلالت های ضمنی و بعضا صریح نویسندگان درباره رسانه دینی مورد نظر بوده و چگونگی فضای مفهومی و فکری این مقالات و نویسندگان شانرمورد توجه قرار گرفته است.بنابر این سوال اساسی این تحقیق آن است که به لحاظ مفهومی چه تلقی از مفهوم رسانه دینی در میان تحقیقات ایرانی و میان صاحبنظران عرصه دین و رسانه وجود دارد؟ به همین منظور پس از مروری بر نظریه های سه گانه دین و رسانه با استفاده از نگاهی فراتحلیلی،همه مقالات ایرانی مرتبط با موضوع و در حیطه جستجوی نویسنده مبنای کار قرار گرفته است.یافته های تحقیق در چهار محور شامل مسایل و موضوعات پژوهش ها،وجود/امکان رسانه دینی،تعریف رسانه دینی،نوع رسانه مورد نظر پژوهش ها،و نوع دین مورد توجه پژوهش ها ارایه شده است.نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که نگاه کلی حاکم بر تحقیقات ایرانی در حیطه رسانه دینی،نگاهی هنجاری با رویکرد و مبنای نظری ابزارگرایانه است.این نگاه در همه حیطه های مسایل و موضوعات،وجود و امکان رسانه دینی،تعریف رسانه دینی،مصداق و مفهوم رسانه و نیز دین،و همچنین در مبناها و رویکردهای نظری پژوهش ها خود را نشان می دهد.
